In this inspiring episode, we share a better approach to changing unwanted behaviour.  We're turning our back on the old way of doing things, which not only doesn't work, it is miserable.  This old way requires us to immediately stop that behaviour with zero preparation, backing knowledge, community or support.  Nope!  Not sustainable and downright damaging to our beautiful minds.  So, how about we look at change differently and start with 'Knowledge' before action?  Yes!  we hear you say, 'What are you talking about, Coach Lily and Coach Zoë, you crazy gals?!' Our response?  'Just trust us - this literally works.'
