Nope, we are not yet another product episode challenging you to stop drinking for 30 days, we are here to bring you something very different…. For the next 5 episodes, we'll learn the science of how alcohol works in our bodies and why we drink, check-in with it's effects on our lives, and explore some options for changing our relationship if we decide the one we have now isn't serving us.

How about we use this month to have a ‘check in with our relationship with alcohol’? No expectations and no asking you to suddenly ‘deny’ yourselves alcohol with no explanation as to what its doing in our lives in the first place! Non, non, non, we see it as a month to consider what connections our brains have made with drinking, why we drink and what makes it so darned difficult to stop!
 

We will talk compassion, grace, curiosity, data points and share a fantastic journaling exercise to make this a learning experience you’ll never forget.
